The pandemic has changed how we do many things.
One of the most obvious is gatherings. Celebrations in particular are important both mentally and emotionally. Celebrating in person, and traditional parties are pretty much out of the picture for now.
This hit me hard at the beginning of the pandemic because my daughter's birthday was in April. We always have a big party of 17 kids or so, plus parents and princesses! Needless to say, this year was different.
We implemented a backup plan of a drive-by birthday parade with her friends and the Fire Station. After the parades, we had a zoom call with her friends where she opened gifts and shared her excitement with her friends.
The finishing touch would have been yard signs. I had searched but couldn’t find any. That would have been the icing on the cake! That little something special to start off the perfect day.
Since then I found a wonderful joyful business that has signs to celebrate anything you want!
