With COVID -19 Family Balance has made adjustments to do live and virtual classes. Family Balance Yoga offers yoga classes for the entire family to practice together or apart! We tailor our classes to the participants in the room to allow for a more individualized approach. Our emphasis is on safety, mindfulness, fun, and good health.
