Easy Vanilla Strawberry Short Cake Fluff

This is a simple recipe that adds rich vanilla flavor and creaminess to this favorite summer dessert. If you are looking for something decadent this is the treat you are looking for.  Elevate your strawberry shortcake to the next level with this Easy Vanilla Strawberry Short Cake Fluff. 


Easy Vanilla Strawberry Short Cake Fluff



Ingredients: 

2 cups Whip Cream topping (premade or homemade)

2 cups Vanilla pudding (premade or homemade - use a small box. Make according to box) 

2 cups strawberries (sliced) 

1 tsp Sugar 

1 pound cake sliced (fresh, frozen or homemade. Make according to box)

Directions: 

Put the pudding in a medium mixing bowl. One scoop at a time fold whip cream into pudding until all the whip cream is folded into the vanilla pudding. Keep the whip pudding mixture cool in the refrigerator. 

Mix sugar into sliced strawberries. Set aside. 

Slice pound cake and set aside. 




Assembly: 

Place one slice of pound cake on a plate. 

Scoop strawberries onto the cake. 

Scoop whip pudding onto strawberries. 

Place another slice of pound cake on top. 

Scoop whip pudding onto pound cake.

Top with strawberries. 

Serve.
