LINE UP:

June 14, 2023 Funky Business
Funky Business is a fiery, energetic band based in Northern Colorado. From Aretha Franklin to Bruno Mars, their variety of classic funk, spirited soul, and contemporary pop covers will have you dancing, tapping, and singing along. They have played numerous festivals, weddings, and private parties, providing the fuel to energize crowds. We’re excited to have Funky Business kicking off the season this year. We’ve got a lot to celebrate being back under the trees at the Lagoon this summer. Come prepared to sing along or let your feet take over and spend the time dancing.

June 21, 2023 Christine Alice & The Canyon Echoes
Christine is our break-out performer last season and quickly became a Lagoon staple! A Fort Collins native, her music has been critically acclaimed by both local musicians and professionals throughout the country. She has killer vocals that will convince you she's an angel, but on the flip of a note, she can bring the fiery depths from below. The breadth of her music crosses all types of genres from pop, country, alternative, to lo-fi and more. We think she offers something for everyone.

June 28, 2023 Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts
Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts are a 4-piece touring band that shares male and female leads in a mix of old school country and rock n’ roll. Call it western outlaw, modern outlaw country, or just plain outlaw, Ryan Chrys & The Rough Cuts bring forth new energy to fans who love the heroes and outlaws of old. Influenced by the songs and personalities of legends like Waylon and Willie, they drive their sound with blazing guitars and a rock n’ roll attitude. The band pays respect to classic styles, but anyone can tell from their overdriven sound that they’re far from traditionalists. Recommended for lovers of both classic country and 70s rock n’ roll. They also earned 2021 Female Vocalist of the year and 2019 Band of the year from the Colorado Country Music Hall of Fame

July 12, 2023 Salsa Forte
We are so excited to feature Salsa Forte - a full, 11-piece salsa band based out of Fort Collins. Their primary music styles are salsa, merengue, cumbia, cha-cha-cha, and Latin jazz. Half of the band teaches music at local schools and the other half are frequently featured in the local music scene. Dust off your dancing shoes, you'll be on your feet dancing the night away!

July 19, 2023 Reminiscing
“Reminiscing” was established in 2017 in Windsor Colorado by two lifelong singer/musicians Fred Babb and Dan Kenny. Covering a wide range of easy rock from the 70’s and 80’s, and even a few of the best classic and contemporary country tunes. Bands like The Eagles, Chicago, The Doobies, Toto, The Police, America, Seger, Stapleton and so many more! Their expert musicianship and precision vocals / harmonies will take you back to the soundtrack of your youth, when music was at its’ best!

July 26, 2023 The Wendy Woo Band
A long-time favorite at the Lagoon, Wendy Woo returns to close out the 2023 season. Her energetic personality, musical skills, and spirited songwriting have made her a Colorado favorite. WWB is a poly-ethnic, power pop, song-rock, six-piece band with sweet vocal harmonies and shuddering grooves. The band has performed all over the country in top venues such as the Living Room in New York, Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, and the Bluebird Cafe in Nashville. Wendy has also been named Westword Magazine’s Music Awards “Singer/Songwriter of the year” five separate times.
