We are a personal growth space that offers classes, events and camps for girls and boys in 1st grade all the way through high school as well as for parents. Our memberships are for 1st to 8th grade girls and boys and include weekly classes and special events throughout the school year! We also offer special events, classes and workshops for anyone (you don't have to be a member) throughout the entire year!

Free to Be is an amazing space for girls. My daughter has been coming here for over a year and it is the highlight of her week. They do a great job of bringing the girls together in a fun, creative, and supportive environment. They cover age-appropriate topics, do weekly crafts, and the best part is they build a great community of friends. And the owner Jaime and her staff are so caring and amazing. I highly recommend!
After attending a few summer sessions, my 8 year old became a member and started attending the weekly Girl Squad as well as the monthly special events. Initially a bit reserved, she warmed up quickly to the open and inviting Free to Be peer community. While I have great appreciation for topics discussed and explored (self-acceptance, health, consent, etc.), she appreciates the arts and movement incorporated into each session. Free to Be has created a safe space for what can sometimes feel like tough conversations and I appreciate how the program reiterates the lessons we try to teach at home. I feel a great sense of relief knowing that she has a community in which she, "can share my emotions and make new friends."" No parent can be everything for their child and with the Free to Be opportunities, I don't feel like I have to."
