Northern Colorado’s leading dance school since 1979, CCB has set the standard for classical and contemporary dance education and performance. Our school offers dance instruction for all ages in all styles, providing young dancers with the opportunity to learn discipline, strength, and commitment, as well as train for a professional career in dance, or use those skills in many other ways.
-Junior Intensive Camp: The Junior Intensive inspires dancers to reach the next level and provides the opportunity to explore the many aspects of dance. The week’s training will give them the opportunity to enhance the dancer’s technique. Curriculum includes ballet, lyrical, contemporary, character, jazz and strengthening taught by CCB faculty and guest teachers. They will delve into the wonderful world of dance, learning more about dance history, acting, costuming and choreography. The week will culminate with a short in-studio recital. Great for ages 7-12. Offered: June 17-June 21 from 9:00am - 3:00pm. Fees: $300 Deposit: $50
-Musical Theater Cats Camp: Campers will learn vocal skills, dancing, projection techniques, stage directions, theater games, and will work scenes to create a musical inspired by Cats the Musical that will be performed at the end of the week. This camp is always a summer favorite! Great for ages 7-12. Offered: July 8 – 12 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Price: $300 Deposit: $50
-Musical Theater Willy Wonka Camp: Campers will learn vocal skills, dancing, projection techniques, stage directions, theater games, and will work scenes to create a musical inspired by Charlie and the Chocolate Factory that will be performed at the end of the week. This camp is always a summer favorite! Great for ages 7-12. Offered: July 15 – 19 from 9:00am – 4:00pm. Price: $300 Deposit: $50
-Fairies and Pirates Camp: Spend a fun week learning themed dances and songs, making crafts, enjoying stories, snack time and dress-up! These delightful half-day camps give young dancers (age 3-6) a wonderful imaginative experience. Dancers will explore creative movement and display what they’ve learned in a mini-recital on Friday! Offered: June 24 – 28, July 8 – 12, July 15 – 19 & August 5 – 9 from 9:00am – 12:00pm. Price: $175 Deposit: $50
Fairies and Pirates Camp
Ages 3-6
Spend a fun week learning themed dances and songs, making crafts, enjoying magical fairy tales, snack time, and costume dress up!
