Larimer Health Connect is a program of the Health District of Northern Larimer County. We are a free service that helps people find the best health insurance to meet their needs and budget. Our trained staff provides free, impartial, in-person and virtual assistance with new, free and lower-cost health insurance plans, including Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Child Health Plan Plus (CHP+), and the Connect for Health Colorado Marketplace. We can answer your questions and help you shop for coverage, compare options, apply for financial help and enroll in the plan that works best for you. We're here to help you get covered and stay covered.
