Experience the European travel scene and its symphony of flavors with the offering of
Bistro Nautile Dinner and European Travel Exploration on Monday, March 31,
at Bistro Nautile in Fort Collins, 150 W. Oak Street.
The gathering from 5:30-7:30 pm is hosted by the Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures.
"The Museum is excited to return to Bistro Nautile, a locally owned and French-inspired restaurant in Old Town,” said Randall Kurtz, Museum Board Chair. “This curated dining experience will feature a unique four-course dinner with European wine pairings. With an exquisite meal in an intimate atmosphere, the evening is a must-attend event!”
While dining and socializing, attendees will enjoy learning about European travel, with topics such as travel planning for different stages of life, home exchanges, and new entry requirements for the European Union.
Bistro Nautile is a restaurant focused on farm-fresh ingredients. Executive Chef and Co-Owner Ryan Damasky partners with local vendors to serve the freshest seafood possible, Colorado-certified Angus beef and poultry, locally-raised eggs, greens, vegetables, and bakery-fresh bread. All is meticulously prepared and presented in a warm and relaxing atmosphere.
Reservations for the evening and dining experience are $120 per person, including wine and gratuity. With only 62 seats available for this intimate and interesting gathering, reservations are required by Wednesday, March 26, on the Museum’s website at globalvillagemuseum.org.
