We met so many wonderful families over the summer at the events we attended! It's amazing how many people we spoke with that use MK everyday and how many people we introduced ourselves to. I truly enjoyed meeting everyone! We have more events coming up.
Candy Crawl October 23rd and Preschool Fair in January to name a couple.
I don't know how you feel about pumpkin spice but my daughter and I had a LONG conversation about it today. She was curious what all the fuss was about on tv, in every store, and in every coffee shop across the country.
So we stopped by a coffee shop and got an iced pumpkin spice coffee. She hated it. Then we ordered a blended ice pumpkin spice drink. She loved it. We asked the barista the difference between the iced and the blended and it really just comes down to the amount of whip cream in it. And of course the ice being pulverized.
So my daughter's conclusion, pumpkin spice belongs in pumpkin pies and if you have to drink it, it's better with whipped cream (lots of whipped cream).
I have to agree. We love the air fresheners (used sparingly), pumpkin pie, cinnamon rolls that have a bit of pumpkin spice added, and a pumpkin spice blended coffee shop drink with LOTS of whipped cream. My daughter also believes that Pumpkin Spice belongs in Fall not in the middle of summer.
I have to say I agree. I love pumpkin spice in fall too.
