Tour lasts 30-45 minutes, from 10am-5pm, Weekdays preferred but weekend hours can be reviewed on a case by case basis, 3 weeks advance notice needed, crews may cut tour short due to emergency, 1 chaperone per every 4 kids, no outside food including birthday cake.
