Restraunts Open for Thanksgiving!

A handful of Fort Collins restaurants will be open on Thanksgiving this year.

Just can't be bothered to make the big meal, or need a place to celebrate with friends? A handful of restaurants will be open on Thursday for a relaxed Thanksgiving out. Make sure to call ahead for reservations.

Jay's Bistro 135 W. Oak St.; (970) 482-1876

Turkey specials will be served for lunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Regular menu items as well as a turkey dinner will be served from 4 to 9 p.m.

The Moot House 2626 S. College Ave.; (970) 226-2121

Traditional Thanksgiving fare will be served buffet-style from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Cost is $29.95 per person, $10.95 for kids ages 5 to 12 and free for children ages 4 and under.

Starting at noon on Thanksgiving, Potts will offer a slow-roasted turkey dinner, with salad and pumpkin pie for $18.99 for adults and $10.99 for kids ages 12 and under. The restaurant will also offer an open-faced turkey sandwich, topped with stuffing and gravy and served with cranberry salsa and mashed potatoes for $12.99.

The restaurant will be open from noon to 10 p.m. on Thanksgiving.

A bit of a drive, but The Stanley is offering a gourmet buffet lunch featuring traditional holiday fare from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. The meal costs $62 for adults and $29 for children ages 6 to 12; children 5 and younger eat free.
