The biggest science and arts festival in the Rocky Mountain region is coming to Boulder County Fairgrounds September 5th and 6th from 10am to 7pm both days. With nearly 100 hands-on exhibits including everything from a coding obstacle course, to 5' tall robots, and from drone competition to human Minecraft - the STEAM Fest is sure to have something to ignite your imagination.
Also featured at STEAM Fest is the STEAM University - two full days of classes for educators and homeschool families, including presentations from
* best-selling author, Christine Chopyak (Picture Your Business Strategy),
* award-winning scientist and author, Dr. Temple Grandin, and
* internationally sought-after Improv instructor and Boetcher Foundation Innovator, Katy Craig
* Jupiter Project Scientist Cathy Olkin.
The festival will also host a "main stage" with live music and performing arts, including a Mass Jam (hundreds of people playing instruments and singing at the same time), and a family dance party with DJ Suffer Beats.
